Seventeen years old, goes by the name of Luke Fon Fabre, claims to be the son of a duke and he has "no idea how I ended up in this dump. I wanna go home!" And Blackquill has been assigned to prosecute in the case, lucky man.

The moment he gets near the meeting room in the detention centre will be the moment he hears some excessive whining.]
