The Wizarding Meme

Now we've all seen this before, a Hogwarts AU meme!

⚝RULES:
- Post with your character, the fandom, their house and if you want to, their year (or what their house was when they were a student, etc etc.)
- Character can be a Hogwarts Student, a visiting student for the Triwizard Tournament, or an adult of any sort!
- Roll between 1-14 at RNG, or don't!
- Reply to others.
- Profit.

1 ⚝ CLASS: You may pick the class, but really the class picks you. Passing notes? Eying up the teacher? In class whispering? Spells going wrong? Any thing goes!

2 ⚝ LIBRARY: SSSSHHHH! It's study time, but some just don't see it that way.

3 ⚝ HOGSMEADE: With all that hard work, it's time for a well deserved break. Go for a walk, drop by the Three Broomsticks, get some shopping done, or maybe take a peek into the Shrieking Shack, so long as something doesn't grab you.

4 ⚝ QUIDDITCH: For some people, the Quidditch pit is the place to be. Whether you're practicing, watching a game or just doing homework in the stands, this might just be the place for you.

5 ⚝ FORBIDDEN FOREST: WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE? IT'S FORBIDDEN. Be careful the spiders don't get you.

6 ⚝ DIAGON ALLEY: Whether near or far, this is where your fellow wizards and witches will gather. Making a day of it or just dropping in to get some chores done? Take a load off, maybe keep an eye out for your friends as they come out of Gringotts or sneak off into Knockturn Alley.

7 ⚝ MEAL TIME: Ah, the Great Hall. A wonderful place to work or play, but then again there's always the Kitchens if you know where to find them.

8 ⚝ YULE BALL: Time to put your best foot forward. That is, until the Weird Sister's start to play. Then, all bets are off. Maybe somebody even spiked the punch when Professor McGonagall wasn't looking.

9 ⚝ SNEAKING AROUND: The Restricted Section? Going to get a midnight snack from the kitchens? Or someplace else? ...Are you sure you should really be in here?

10 ⚝ WANDERING THE GROUNDS: Much like sneaking around, but without the threat of...

11 ⚝ DETENTION: Well, that's what you get for...whatever you did. This isn't going to be fun, you can be sure of that.

12 ⚝ HOGWARTS EXPRESS: Back to wizards and witches, and magical beasts, to goblins and ghosts and to magical feasts! All aboard the Hogwarts Express, want anything from the trolly dear?

13 ⚝ COMMON ROOM: Perhaps you and somebody in your house are just chilling... or maybe- have you been crafty enough to sneak somebody from another house in?

14 ⚝ ACCIO OPTION: Pick your own or make something else up!

[ She hates Potions. She hates Potions so much she might die. The teacher clearly hates her, the ingredients are disgusting, and why would she want to make a Forgetfulness Potion when punching someone does exactly the same thing. And it takes so long. How can she tell if it will work out or not if she has to wait forty minutes before adding eye of newt?

None of this is endearing her to her partner, she's sure, but since her partner is a Slytherin she doesn't see why she should bother to be nice. ]

Pass the eyes.

[Well Nesir likes it, it is one of the very few classes she is actually good at because it takes very little actual magical ability. She works really hard okay, but she is not her stupid sister (who is three rows back and pretending Nesir doesn't exist) and magic is really harder than it should be.] Never heard of the word please?

[Pushing the pot of eyes further away, because she hates anyone from Gryffindor for the sole reason that Hadil is in Gryffindor, she doesn't even care about ancient rivalry or anything else.]

[ Oh, it is on. She snorts, reaches across her to get to the jar and carelessly drops a few eyes onto Nesir's notes as she takes the four prescribed in the intructions.

Her potion is starting to smoke but she hasn't noticed. ]

Please.

[Oh eyes, how ikky and scary. Nesir rolls her own eyes and picks up the ones on her notes, holding them up to her face and pulling a scary face moving towards Patience.] Your potion is burning.

[charmante]

[ She recoils, pulling a face as one of the eyes swivels. Disgusting. She'd keep backing up but 1. the next table gets in her way and 2. she realises Nesir's telling the truth. Time to dart back to their table and frantically stir the gloop with her wand. ]

Merde! Why is it doing that? [ She followed the instructions! She thinks. ]

You forgot the half a frogs leg didn't you? [It's the one thing she's good at, she will rub it in forever] Also your heat is up too high, you have to keep stiring. You're not very good at this are you.

Frog leg? I thought that was a joke! [ Now it's giving off a weird smell did she mention how much she hates Potions. She turns down the heat and then goes back to stirring, but she doesn't remember seeing any frogs legs on the table.

This never would have happened if she'd been allowed to use her mum's amulet, but apparently that's cheating. Psh. ]

Why would they put joke ingredients on the list? [Have another eye roll and an eyeball being thrown at her, hope that doesn't go in the potion]

[ because of anti-french teasing that's why. Gosh. She's about to snap back when the eyeball comes sailing towards her and she lifts a hand to bat it away.

Being as this is a dorky magic school AU, this knocks it into the potion. The result is a cloud of black smoke with the inexplicable smell of fresh grass, and Patience swearing again. ]

I cannot stand Potions.
