[It's five o'clock, and the first person to walk into the bar is a new face. He's a tall, handsome man with silver-blond hair tied into a double braid at the back, and clad in traveler's clothes appropriate for the arrival of autumn weather. Perhaps his most striking feature, though, is that his right hand, and possibly his entire arm, appears to be made out of solid silver, with masterfully crafted joints -- and he manages to move it just as deftly as one would a natural hand.

Upon seeing Tifa at the bar, he offers a friendly smile and walks up to her.]

Good evening, milady. Would you happen to carry any wood-aged ciders?

Welcome. [Tifa doesn't spare the arm more than a passing glance; she's used to Barret's gun-arm enough that a silver arm won't raise any eyebrows around here. What might be more concerning is whether that's real silver, and what might happen to someone carting around something so seemingly valuable in the middle of the slums.

Her smile comes easily despite those worried thoughts, and she taps a finger to her chin.]

You like the finer things in life, I take it? We might just have something for a discerning gentleman. Let's see... [She turns, stooping down to grab a bottle from a shelf behind the bar.]

Apple cider, oak barrel aged. Is something like this what you had in mind?

[Bedivere smiles sheepishly at the comment about liking the finer things.]

That is somewhat of an exaggeration. However, I do prefer my drinks to be more, ah...more formal, one might say.

[In other words, he's not much of a fan of beer. At any rate, the sheepishness disappears when Tifa presents him with a bottle.]

But yes! That will do quite nicely, thank you.

Gotcha.

[She cracks the bottle open and pours it into a glass, then pushes it across the bar to him.]

You're not from this neighbourhood, right? If there's anything else I can help you with, just let me know. [She's not trying to pry into his business, but it's only hospitable to offer.]

Yes, you're correct. This is my first time ever coming to this city, let along this neighborhood.

[Sometimes Bedivere just can't help but stick out, but that's just part of what being a traveler entails. It doesn't bother him much.]

I appreciate your offer, miss. I have nothing else at the moment, but I will gladly keep your offer in mind.

Alright. And you don't need to call me "miss" -- just "Tifa" is fine.

[The other customers know her by first name, formalities just seem strange to her. Since he doesn't want anything else, though, she'll busy herself with cleaning the bar and glasses, glancing occasionally to a mounted TV in the corner playing the news.]

Tifa? Of course.

[Normally Bedivere would introduce himself next, but as he's a semi-famous figure from legend, he has to be careful. Still, it doesn't seem as though anyone in Midgar is familiar with the legends of Camelot, so there may be no harm in giving her his true name.]

My name is Bedivere. It's a pleasure to meet you, Tifa.

[He smiles, then takes his first sip of cider. It's not a brand he knows, but it's still a familiar drink nevertheless.]

Ahh...such a nostalgic flavor.
