[His fingers curl around hers. She won't be able to see it given he has his head resting on top of hers ... but she might feel his expression shift as his smile slowly spreads across his face.]

I love you too.

[Even speaking as softly as she is, there's no mistaking the warmth in his voice. The affection, the contentment ... the pure, total happiness he's feeling in this moment.]

[She's sure she didn't even need to say it, nor did he need to say it in return. It feels like they're already in tune with one another a lot more than she expected... Maybe not just because of all the time they've spent together until now, but because of all the similarities they have. Still, voicing it out loud cements it. She's serious, not acting like this is some little girl crush.

Her lips curve and she smiles mischievously, grabbing the front of Ren's shirt and pulling him down with surprising strength, lying back so Ren is sitting over her.]

So... If I'm staying over, how shall we spend tonight?

[How strong she is isn't a surprise - he's seen how hard she hits - but the move itself catches him off guard. It's the sort of confidence and forwardness she doesn't show much when they're outside the Metaverse.

[It's pretty clear from the look on Ren's face as he suddenly finds himself over her that he wasn't expecting it ... but that initial surprise fades quickly, and gives way to a coquettish grin. Turns out he kinda likes that side of her.]

Didn't this all start because you had something in mind?

[He teases, one eyebrow arching above his glasses.]

[Makoto can't even believe she's being this forward, but now they're on this train there's no getting off. She bites her lip, and reaches up to take off his glasses, before folding them and setting them aside -- it's not like he needs them to see anyway.]

Yes, but also... I wondered if maybe you had something in mind, too. I've already imposed myself on you this much...

[It's only right she should do something for him, too.]

You're assuming I wouldn't enjoy that too.

[And that's a big assumption.]

Then, I think know where we can start.

[She tugs him down a little further, until her lips can meet his again. That making out thing was pretty great, after all.]

[No arguments from him. Ren's more than happy to let her drag him down into another kiss. In fact, he leans into it - shifting his hips and rolling over so that his chest is pressed flush against hers. His hands, pressing down onto the bed on either side of her, slide in under her shoulders.]

[She lets out an involuntary squeak of surprise as he presses himself on top of her, cupping his cheeks and then moving her arms loosely over his shoulders to clutch at his back.

She feels so enveloped, and safe, and warm. She really can't regret anything that lead to this moment.]

[Oh, no that squeak was cute. It's hard not to smile at that, to laugh against her lips even with goosebumps prickling up along his back as her fingers search for purchase.

[Once the brief bit of laughter stops, he leans back into the kiss with a bit of renewed fire. Instead of the slow, gentle feeling out of their previous kiss, he takes it as deep as he can until he needs to break for air.

[When he does, he adjusts, getting his knees under him and working his hands out from underneath her -- realizing about then that she'd inadvertently tugged his shirt out of his belt. Once he's got his hands free, he leans in for another kiss - briefer this time - and pulls back just enough to undo the top button on her blouse.]

[She can't even scold him for laughing at her, she's so focused on him. As she feels his shirt side up, she instinctively reaches lower, hands slipping under his shirt so she can touch the bare skin of his back.

Once he breaks off the brief kiss, red eyes open, and she watches him through a half-liddled gaze. She reaches to loosen and unfasten his belt, still mostly keeping her eyes fixed on his.]

Go ahead.

[The way that she's staring up at him, eyeing him with completely undisguised desire, takes the breath right out of him even before she starts to remove his belt. His teeth drag across his bottom lip, biting into a grin that's as coquettish as it is genuinely excited.

[Just looking at him, it's easy to see all the little gears turning in his head as he nods, unable to pry his eyes away from hers until he's fumbled with the buttons on her blouse long enough that it's clear he needs to focus on that.]

[The sheer focus it's taking for him to unfasten each individual button on her blouse has her biting her lip -- in her case, to suppress a laugh. It's something so silly and mundane. Definitely not something they'd bother to show in the kind of romantic movies Ann likes to watch.

She's wearing a plain white bra underneath her blouse; no fancy lingerie here when she's never had her underwear on show before. Once his belt is unfastened she reaches for his fly next, though she won't take things any further than that just yet.]

[It's hard to undo someone else's buttons without looking, okay? Even when you're as proficient as he is.

[Her fingers brushing over his fly sends an electric tingle of excitement racing across his skin, and even before she works down his zipper she'll be able to feel just how eager he is.

[And, plain or not, the way that he's looking at her - eyes wandering over all the newly exposed skin as he opens her shirt ...

[It looks good on her. Really good.]

[So far she's managed to steel her nerves, but as she unfastens his fly she sees something distinctly happy to see her, and her fingertips accidentally brush against it too.]

U-um...

[She almost blurts out an apology, until she sees the expression on his face as his eyes rove all over her. God, she already feels naked with the way he's looking. ]

[He catches that sudden shift in her expression, and his own becomes decidedly less lascivious.]

You okay?

[He stops. No wandering eyes, no wandering hands, just a quick pause in case she wants to stop.

Y-yeah, it's just that I accidentally touched... y-you know...

[Barely. While undoing his fly. But she feels like she did something terribly Lewd (TM) anyway.]

I'm sorry, I'm not trying to kill the mood. It's just-- new?

No, no, I ... I get it.

[Ren might have more experience than she does ... but it still isn't much in the grand scheme of things. His natural confidence might be carrying him a lot of the way, but those nerves from before are still there - especially now that he isn't swept up in the heat of the moment.]

If you need, we can slow down.

I don't want to stop.

[She reassures him, reaching up to cup his cheek.] But maybe you could-- um-- touch me first? Show me how it's done...?

Okay.

[He says with a small nod, leaning a little into her touch and planting a kiss on her wrist.]

I can do that.

O-okay.

[She blushes at how gentle he is, and begins to shrug out of the blouse sitting loosely on her to make things a little easier for him.]

[He doesn't want her to be uncomfortable. He ... he wants this to feel as good as the rest of the night has.

[She shrugs out of her blouse, shifting beneath him, and when she's managed it, he kisses her - every bit as sweet and gentle as before ...

[But then he starts to roam. Lips trailing kisses along her jawline, a slow slide of his tongue on her neck, a nibble on her collarbone ...

[One of his hands settles on the smooth plain of her stomach. Settling there for a moment before gliding upwards, feather-light, until he's palming one of her breasts.

[Makoto is still as she watches Ren closely, and she releases a breath she didn't know she was holding into a sigh as he kisses along her jaw and down to her collarbone. She feels like she's being showered with affection, but it's so sweet and gentle it doesn't become overwhelming.

So by the time he's touching her breast, she's completely relaxed, cupping his cheek and kissing him. A silent gesture to show that she's comfortable, even that she's enjoying this.]

[Of course it feels like she's being showered with affection. She is.

[He cares about her. This is their first time together. He's not thinking about it consciously -- he's as caught up in the moment as she is -- but he wants this to be special, and for her to feel special.

[She'll feel his lips curl into a little grin against her skin before she cups his cheeks and guides him up to kiss her - something he'll follow along with without any sort of hesitation. His lips find hers again, and the hand on her breast curls - gently squeezing through the fabric of her bra.]

[He's so gentle. And yet she wants to feel more, the padding of her bra getting in the way of the sensation of his touch. Still kissing him, one hand wriggles underneath, and she unclasps her bra for him to remove it.]

[He promised her he would be, and honestly ... he's loving this. Taking it slow, lavishing affection on her, seeing how she reacts .... he could keep that up for a good, long while.

[Not because he doesn't want to go the rest of the way - he absolutely he does ... but it feels good making her feel good.

[He feels her body shift under him - back arching up so she can undo the clasp on her bra. He feels it come loose, he feels her settle back down underneath him, and he doesn't waste any time sitting up and getting into a better position to remove it.

[He's still gentle of course. His hands gently brush over her chest before finding the straps and guiding them down over her shoulders, sitting up straight, slowly working off her bra and tossing it aside.

[Instead of diving right back in, though ... he lingers there. Enjoying the sight. Marveling at her, really.]
