Oh, and I'm fine, btw. Just another day, same as always, which I can't really complain about. I'm focusing on your painting, mostly!

How many hours does it typically require for you to complete a painting?

[shigure]

It depends on a number of factors. The scope of the work, the types of paints, the layers, etc cetera. But typically? 20 hours.

Er, not in one sitting!

Quite the endeavor. Your dedication to your craft is admirable.

Perhaps. I just think if you enjoy something immensely, the dedication and hours put into it don't really count, you know? It's part of the experience.

That is true. It is only when it becomes a chore that hard work becomes toilsome.

Precisely! Now, if I despised it, yet continued on with as much dedication, then...

In any case, I love it, and you've been such a good study, it's easier.

Hmm. It is difficult to say. Unfortunately, there are not many things in this world that give me such solace.

If it is not too forward, you are someone whose company pleases me. Such finds are rare but immensely valuable.

In any case, you've a very calming presence, and you're very insightful. When you're not being eerily evasive, that is. But I suppose that's a part of your charm...
