What for?

[ She says, taking his hand in both of hers. ] But don't worry-- I have some to spare. [ She tells him as much because she doesn't want him to think that she's going to be exhausted afterward. ] Alright?
no subject
Oh... Sure. As long as you don't overdo it.
no subject
When it's over, she takes her hand back. ] There.... that's better, isn't it? Use it as you see fit.
no subject
Much better. Thank you. [He looks from his hands to her, expression sincere, and gives her a polite bow of gratitude and respect. Then he straightens.] You've done all this, and I haven't even told you my name... I'm Terra.
no subject
My name is Pyra. [ She says with a warm smile. ] It's a pleasure.
[ . . . ]
You're not... planning on going back to the coliseum, are you? [ He's still injured! ]
no subject
Heal!
[Flower-like magic blossoms above his head and vanishes, and in its wake, it showers down curative magic on the two of them, healing Terra's injuries along with any Pyra might have sustained. Then he looks over at her.]
Now I'm planning on going back. You should get out of here, find someplace safe.
1/2
But then he speaks once more, telling her to go to find someplace safe, and-- ]
no subject
...Well, saying something so absurd like that-- [ A chuckle. ] there's no way I'm leaving you now.
no subject
What are you talking about? I didn't say anything absurd.
1/2
"You should get out of here, find someplace safe."
no subject
...That's absurd.
no subject
What?! I don't sound like that! [She's making this hard to take seriously, but he does need to remember his duties as a Keyblade wielder, so he begins to stride back to the coliseum.]
no subject
[ She follows along, hands linking behind her back. ] And I've only known your for a few minutes! [ Maybe the monsters won't be the easiest to fight here, either, but perhaps together they can.... ]
no subject
[He leads them back into the tunnel. The charred monster remains seem to have deterred any more monsters coming this way, but he's proceeding cautiously anyway, just in case.]
no subject
[ The tunnel may be doused in shadow in the waning light, but her crystal glows all the same. ]
I'll just prove that I can take care of myself if we find any more monsters. [ So no more telling her to stay behind! ]
no subject
[She already saved one person, and that's more than enough. He wants to make sure she stays safe in return, instead of being dragged back into this.]
no subject
HE'S DOING IT AGAIN. ]
Ah, that's two absurd things you've said. [ All smiles here. ] You might as well be saying that pigs can fly, you know.
no subject
[He really doesn't get her, at all, but he'll just go with it. When they reach the end of the tunnel, he stops and looks around; there are still people running away and fighting, and some people haven't even woken up yet from being dumped here by the Door.]
Okay, let's split up. Prioritise getting everyone to the tunnels over fighting, and tell me if you find anyone badly wounded.
no subject
[ And just as she's about to go off to do that-- ] Hey-- you be careful too, alright? Send up a flare if you need any help.
no subject
[And with that he charges off, oversized key in hand. Despite his magic use he's actually more proficient in physical combat, and now he's back in shape he can hack and slash his way through the monsters with much more ease.]
no subject
As it turns out, many people who have arrived through the door are capable fighters, warriors, or mages, which makes helping escort them out all easier. That doesn't mean everyone walks away unscathed, including Pyra, but it does indeed reassure her that those brought here are capable of defending themselves-- and defending the few who are not warriors as well.
She also runs into a few who have been in this place-- Hadriel-- for quite some time, as well as its dangers, a bit about the "gods", as well as the Null. It's a lot to think about, but... ]
Oh... Terra! [ There he is, and rest assured she'll be looking him over to see if he's alright. Pyra has a small cut upon her upper thigh, but it appears rather shallow for how long it is. ] I think that's the last of them....
And, I heard that we can find shelter in the city. We should head over there with the others we've helped.
no subject
That should help. [Then he nods in agreement.] Finding shelter's a good idea. It's pretty cold out, and there might be more monsters, so that should be the priority.
no subject
Well, I'm not expecting any sort of luxury apartments... So long as we find something, it will be alright.
[ A pause, and she'll beginning walking back with him whenever he's ready. ] It's actually comforting, knowing that others are here with us, that we're not alone.
no subject
[As they walk, he dismisses his Keyblade in another flash of light. He wants to leave, but he hasn't tried summoning a portal to the Lanes Between just yet when these people might still need his help, given that something strange is happening here. Besides, Pyra has been kind to him, and it would feel in bad taste to leave a debt unpaid.
Little does he know that he can't leave, yet, and that even he is restricted by the rules of this world.]
I heard that everyone who shows up here is from another world. Is that the same for you, too? [It's a disaster for maintaining world order, and he has no idea how to fix things now the damage is already done.]
