[ So they're taking a break from things on the islands for a couple days, and Kairi and Sora have promised to meet up together for whatever it is teenage islanders do — probably a lot of catching up on their time apart, playing in the sand, and avoiding the subject of the paopu drawing in the cave. Normal things.

And somehow, for once, Sora's the one on time at their meeting spot, near the waterfall. Which should be the first clue that something's up with Kairi, because while she's perfectly capable of his level of laziness, she wouldn't be late for meeting up with him, of all people. Not after all the time they've spent apart, especially. She's been overjoyed to be around him.

And finally, she shows up, maybe 15 minutes late and looking a little ... sluggish? But she's trying to cover that up right now. Let her to try to have her fun. ]
